If a customer receives an item in which Elegant Designs by Denise made a mistake, Elegant Designs by Denise will send the correct item at no cost to the customer. Elegant Designs by Denise does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items if a mistake has not been made by Elegant Designs by Denise. A personalized item includes any products where the design wording, design color, product color, or design font is chosen by the customer.
If you have received an order from Elegant Designs by Denise that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at email@example.com or customer care number +1-401-728-1059. Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all size charts prior to ordering.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) code on the outside of the package. If the package does not have a RA code, the package will not be accepted and it will be returned to the sender.
All shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item that contains a mistake will be paid by Elegant Designs by Denise. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.
If the customer chooses to return an item that contains a mistake and Elegant Designs by Denise cannot replace the item, the customer will receive a full refund for the product from Elegant Designs by Denise within ten (10) business days of Elegant Designs by Denise receiving the product.
